The WhatsApp group is home base.

Everything real (the Zoom link, nurture, the countdown, resources) happens in the group. DM + email exist only to push people into the group, and to be the fallback for people who don't join. We learn who really joined by pulling the live group member list from WhatsApp and tagging them, never by a button tap.

🔑 The fix: today the "skip the DM if they're in the group" check runs once at signup, when nobody's in the group yet, so it never skips anyone. The redesign makes it event-driven: the moment the WhatsApp pull tags someone in-group, they're pulled out of the DM ladder.
